Enterprise event management company Cvent, Inc., has announced that it will acquire mobile event app provider QuickMobile. The acquisition is expected to close before the end of May 2018. The addition of QuickMobile's technology will help Cvent expand its Event Cloud Platform's mobile capabilities, providing mobile apps for events of all sizes. The Galt House, Louisville’s largest hotel, is joining the Trademark Collection by Wyndham as an independently owned soft-branded property. The flagship hotel, which will begin a $80 million renovation this June, will be Wyndham Hotel Group’s largest single addition in North America. The GDPR provides EU citizens specific privacy rights regarding the collection, storage, transfer and use of their personally identifiable information.
