On Jan. 16, the launch of the Visit U.S. Coalition was announced. Representing a broad cross-section of industries that have come together to address the decrease in international travelers to the U.S. and resulting opportunity cost to the U.S. economy and jobs, the coalition will partner with the Trump administration to reverse the decline in U.S. competitiveness for international travel dollars.

UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, released this month its full 2017 report on the World Map of Exhibition Venues.
The report analyzes indicators on key regional trends and includes the largest venues for all 28 markets whose total capacity exceeds 200,000 square meters of gross indoor exhibition space.
It has been six years since UFI last produced this global exhibition venue census. This year’s release shows an increase of capacity in the majority of markets around the world.
