Venue News: Circa in Las Vegas Expands Room Inventory, New Meeting Space to Debut at Hudson Yards in NYC Next Year

November 7, 2024

A downtown Las Vegas resort and a mixed-use development in New York City recently announced the completion of a guest room expansion and a new experiential meeting and event space, respectively.

Circa Resort & Casino Expands Hotel Tower

In October, Circa Resort & Casino in downtown Las Vegas completed an expansion of its 458-foot-tall hotel tower, unveiling 106 new rooms and suites. This increase brings the total room inventory to 618, marking a 20% rise since the resort's opening in December 2020.

The expansion introduces four panoramic sunset suites, 72 single kings, 24 double kings, and four single king premium rooms. Each room features panoramic views, king-sized beds, mini refrigerators, and modern upscale amenities that pay tribute to the essence of vintage Vegas.

“Circa continues to sell out every Friday and Saturday; this was the ultimate catalyst in deciding to expand our room inventory,” said Derek Stevens, CEO of Circa. “When we built Circa, we intentionally left some areas unfinished to analyze demand over time and determine which room types to add based on popularity and need. Listening to guest feedback, we decided to expand two of our most requested room types–the panoramic sunset suites and single kings.”
