SummitSync and Conversica Team Up on AI-Driven Event Lead Engagement

August 15, 2019

Artificial intelligence-powered meeting automation platform SummitSync has teamed up with Conversica, creator of conversational AI assistants for business. The goal of this partnership is to help mutual customers maximize event ROI by driving more pre-show meetings and post-event follow-ups.

By pairing SummitSync’s conference and trade show intelligence with Conversica’s AI Assistant automated lead engagement, event marketers and sales teams can take advantage of streamlined software automation to more efficiently find, book and manage sales meetings at events. The joint platform automatically syncs details with Salesforce, then deploys thoughtful chatbots to immediately re-engage with prospects.

For event marketers, the joint solution automates many of the time-consuming tasks associated with event execution. This includes things such as pre-booking meetings at events, coordinating on-site demos with salespeople and capturing follow-up requests for information.

“Conversica is an ideal partner for us because we serve a similar customer base, and our combined technologies complement each other and increase the value we deliver,” said Al Torres, president and co-founder at SummitSync.

Utilized by more than 1,500 companies worldwide, Conversica’s AI Assistants enable them to find and secure customers more quickly and efficiently by autonomously contacting, engaging, qualifying and following up with contacts via natural, multi-channel, two-way conversations. Rather than replacing humans, the chatbots handle tasks that people don’t want to do, such as prospecting lower-quality leads.

“By partnering with SummitSync, our customers will gain the ability to leverage real-time data for multiple conferences and trade shows they cannot access anywhere else to build more lead-engagement opportunities,” said Andrew McCraith, Conversica’s vice president of business and corporate development.

He continued, “We’ll enable the companies we mutually serve to better engage buyers throughout the entire customer journey by including SummitSync’s ability to dramatically boost meetings with the right prospects at events and automate the delivery of information across other platforms such as calendars, mobile texts and CRM systems.”

The combined solution, including the Event AI Assistant powered by Conversica, is now available for customer trial and purchase from SummitSync. To learn more, go here.
