MeetingPlay + Aventri + eventcore Rebrands as Stova

October 20, 2022

MeetingPlay + Aventri, two leading event tech companies that merged in January and in June acquired eventcore, which provides customized registration and other event tools, has consolidated the three entities under the new name Stova.

The company unveiled the new brand during IMEX America 2022 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, where its staff was out in full force at their newly minted exhibit booth.

With the consolidation of three major event technology pioneers, the company is designed to be the most comprehensive platform in the industry for delivering exceptional on-site, hybrid and virtual experiences—the kind that are worthy of a “standing ovation,” the phrase from which the name Stova was inspired.

The new branding is rooted in the heritage, technology and people of the three iconic brands, which have made the company and its portfolio what it is today, according to Stova officials.

Built for the new event ecosystem, Stova is an all-in-one event technology solution that partners with visionary brands to bring their individual goals, ideas and experiences to life.

As the organization continues to look ahead, creating a strong, unified brand in the marketplace is essential while ensuring the new identity matches the innovative company it has become, a true one-stop shop for its clients’ event technology needs, according to Eric Lochner, CEO of Stova.

“For over a decade, our three unique brands have offered innovative products and technologies to help companies deliver highly impactful events,” Lochner said. “We have immense pride in the consolidated entity we have created, and we’ve only just begun.”

He added, “We are deeply connected to our clients’ event landscape and will continue to invest in and build event technology solutions.”

According to Anush Alexander, chief marketing officer of Stova, the company rolled out three new product packages that bring together its collective capabilities with the rebrand.

“Innovation is a big part of our DNA as an organization, and we will continue to bring new products and capabilities for our customers to address their changing needs,” Alexander said.

The company sets itself apart in the marketplace with award-winning end-to-end technology and technology-enabled services, coupled with high-touch customer service, Alexander added.

“We partner with our clients through every step of the event journey, and our event technology platform has the scale and flexibility that our clients need for their full event portfolio—from small to large repeatable events to their custom flagship events,” she said. “We know event technology isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, and our platform is reflective of the scale that our customers need to create epic events.”
