Curious about the new Caesars Forum, Las Vegas’ major new conference center, opening this spring? You won’t have to travel to the Strip to see it—at least not right away. Caesars Entertainment will launch a country-wide tour called “All Roads Lead to Caesars Forum,” beginning next month.

Starting Feb. 11, the five-week tour will make stops in 14 U.S. cities and offer pop-up Caesars Forum brand experiences. The goal is to give meeting and event planners a glimpse into the 550,000-square-foot conference center, which officially opens March 18.

"This tour gives our team a monumental way to share our enthusiasm for Caesars Forum," said Michael Massari, chief sales officer for Caesars Entertainment. "[This venue] will transform the meetings landscape in Las Vegas with the most flexible conference space and the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world."

Indeed, Caesars Forum is set to be a gamechanger for this major meeting and convention city, with two pillarless ballrooms measuring 110,000 sq. ft. each, plus two 40,000-sq.-ft. ballrooms and 100 break-out rooms. Additionally, the 100,000-sq.-ft. Forum Plaza will offer outdoor meeting space galore, a first for Las Vegas.

During the country-wide tour, senior executives from Caesars Entertainment will host immersive experiences at each destination to demonstrate the venue’s capabilities and features. This will include regionally inspired culinary offerings, notable industry speakers and live entertainment. Meetings and events planners, as well as local and regional trade media, will be on the guest lists.

While a brilliant marketing move for Caesars, it’s not like the company needs additional help to book meetings: In advance of its opening, Caesars Forum has already booked more than 170 contracts representing $460 million and 1.3 room nights, according to company officials. The venue will continue to get great exposure to industry professionals in the coming year, as ConferenceDirect, Cvent, HelmsBriscoe, MPI and PCMA have all selected Caesars Forum as host for their annual conferences.

The “All Roads Lead to Caesars Forum” tour schedule is as follows:
