Haute Dokimazo Opens Secret Family Reunion to New Applicants

October 4, 2019

For anyone following along with the saga of the first-ever Haute Dokimazo Secret Family Reunion, big news: you no longer need to have attended a Haute Dokimazo event in order to qualify to attend SFR!

The event, which will take place Nov. 2-7, is an immersive learning experience for business, marketing and event professionals. It’s limited to just 80 people, and more than half the slots are already taken.

On Nov. 2, registrants will meet at the TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York, with a suitcase and passport in hand. The first activity on the agenda is the big “reveal” party Nov. 2, where attendees will learn the destination of the chartered plane that we’ll shortly board.

There will be more than 12 hours of peer-to-peer educational content over three conference days, that will begin during the flight.

As Haute Dokimazo’s media partner, Corporate Event News will be on-site reporting through social media, articles and (infrastructure dependent) maybe even live streaming. All we know about our destination right now is that we won’t need a winter coat.

Once we board the plane, all bets are off! Anything can happen, although HD’s chief executive officer Nicole Osibodu and executive vice president of global events Liz Lathan have promised excitement, interaction and also maybe a little time for people to work, sleep or read (which makes us wonder exactly how long this flight will be!).

Disruption is the name of the game for the Haute Dokimazo team, who call their signature format a “Spontaneous Think Tank,” although Lathan prefers the term “reimagine.” In a recent LinkedIn post, she describes what the team is dreaming up for Secret Family Reunion — and business conferences in general:

“Imagine if you could go to a business event and feel truly connected to your fellow participants. Imagine if you could experience a conference that provides the learnings YOU need to support your business. Imagine if the ENTIRE experience was part of the event, from the plane ride to the meals. Imagine if you could actually get work done while you were at the conference without missing out on the content.”

Based on the Haute Dokimazo team’s off-the-charts levels of creativity, Secret Family Reunion is likely to deliver an experience far beyond what most of us may imagine. To help document all the excitement, in addition to Corporate Event News reporting, event activities will be captured on video by a professional team from Show Imaging.

The all-inclusive fee for HD Secret Family Reunion covers airfare, accommodations, food and beverage as well as registration. For anyone attending who hasn’t been to a Haute Dokimazo event previously, the team is scheduling a virtual “HD indoctrination” in mid-October.
