Hilton Franklin Cool Springs Hotel Opens in Tennessee

October 5, 2018

Located 20 minutes south of Nashville in Franklin's Meridian Cool Springs Business District, the 244-guest-room Hilton Franklin Cool Springs is the area's first full-service hotel built in nearly a decade.

Hilton Franklin Cool Springs offers 244 guest rooms and six suites with floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is also home to the area's only roof-level patio, a heated pool and an expansive terrace with fireplace.

Hilton Franklin Cool Springs has 6,236 square feet of flexible meeting space and 2,400 sq. ft. of pre-function space for registration, breaks and catering.

The flexible Meridian ballroom can seat up to 475 attendees theater-style, or can be divided into four sections. Two additional breakout rooms seat up to 75 theater-style apiece or can be combined for larger groups. The Summerlyn boardroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows, seats 12 people. There is also an additional 2,828 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace space that can be used for receptions.

Härth, the hotel’s signature on-site restaurant, serves locally sourced American fare. For a more casual experience, the adjacent Härth Lounge offers small plates and beverages. There are also a number of off-property dining options nearby: the business district where Hilton Franklin Cool Springs is located features pedestrian-friendly restaurants and retail shopping.

Chartwell Hospitality, a hotel development and management group based in Franklin, developed and will manage the eight-story hotel and adjacent parking structure.

"Hilton Franklin Cool Springs fills a significant void in the market of full-service upper upscale hotels in the region," said Chartwell Hospitality LLC’s President, Rob Schaedle.

Hilton Franklin Cool Springs joins two other full-service hotels with meeting space in the area, the Marriott Franklin Cool Springs and Embassy Suites Franklin Cool Springs. All three properties have meeting space and are located within a few minutes’ drive from each other.

Hilton Franklin Cool Springs is approximately 35 minutes from Nashville International Airport.
