Keller Williams Family Reunion 2025: A Recap of the Premier Real Estate Event

With more than 25 years of history, the Keller Williams (KW) Family Reunion continues to be a premier event for real estate professionals seeking cutting-edge insights, unparalleled networking, and game-changing strategies.
Held February 17-21 in Las Vegas, this year’s event brought together 9,272 attendees for an immersive experience filled with insightful sessions and industry-leading innovations. The exhibit hall at Mandalay Bay Convention Center featured 70 vendors and 20 internal KW booths, covering more than 170,000 square feet, said KW Senior Director of Events Alex Perica.
As one of the most anticipated gatherings in real estate, the KW Family Reunion once again delivered invaluable takeaways for agents, brokers, and industry professionals alike.
Context: Founded in 1983, Austin, Texas-based Keller Williams touts itself as the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, with more than 1,000 market center offices and 165,000 affiliated agents. The company leads the U.S. in units and sales volume, according to KW Public Relations Darryl Frost.

Here’s our curated list of five event highlights.
1. CEO Summit: Insights from Corporate Leaders
Kicking off the event on February 17, the CEO Summit provided an exclusive forum for top real estate professionals to engage in meaningful discussions on branding, wealth-building, marketing, and overall personal and professional growth. Gary Keller, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Keller Williams, along with KW leadership, took the stage to share their expertise.

2. Exhibit Hall: Where Innovation Meets Opportunity
The Family Reunion Exhibit Hall was a hub for cutting-edge real estate solutions, featuring 70 paid vendors and 20 internal KW product booths. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the latest in KW technology and real estate services, including software, drones, gifting solutions, and more. Platinum Sponsors included Homes.com, BuildASign, and America’s Preferred Home Warranty, making this space a vital stop for those looking to elevate their real estate business.

3. New in 2025: Tech Innovations & AI-Powered Translation
“Our technology team created a proprietary event app, and it was a huge success,” Perica said. “We also used Wordly AI Translation to accommodate multiple language translations to support learning comfort for our Worldwide associates.” Another key moment was Gary Keller’s presentation on the 10 BOLD Truths, a segment of KW’s newly reimagined productivity coaching program designed to drive success in today’s competitive market, she shared. On the main stage, a standout moment featured keynote speaker Jamie Kern Lima, founder of IT Cosmetics, who inspired attendees with her journey from launching a business in her living room to selling it in a billion-dollar deal with L’Oréal.

4. Red Bash: High-Energy Fun & A Lip Sync Battle
One of the most talked-about events of KW Family Reunion 2025 was the Red Bash, a company-wide talent showcase featuring singing, rapping, and even magic acts performed by KW associates. This year’s event introduced a lip sync battle, adding a fresh twist to the entertainment lineup. The night concluded with a performance by the Gary Keller Band, ensuring an unforgettable evening for attendees.

5. Keller Classic: Golf & Giving Back
Closing out the event on February 21, the Keller Classic took place at the stunning Bali Hai Golf Club on the Las Vegas Strip. This annual tournament provided attendees with an opportunity to enjoy top-tier golf while supporting charitable causes. Proceeds from the event’s auction benefited KW Cares, which aids KW associates and their families, and KW Next Gen, a professional development initiative for young real estate professionals.
