Delano South Beach and The Temple House Offer New Meeting and Event Opportunities

The Delano South Beach hotel and The Temple House, an iconic 15,000 square foot award-winning private event space in Miami, Florida, have partnered to offer a new multi-functional venue for meetings and events.

The Temple House, located within easy walking distance of The Delano, features over 16,000 square feet of space including a 5,000-square-foot plenary room that can hold up to 600 attendees in any configuration. The air-conditioned indoor space boasts 25-foot high ceilings to offer complete protection during unexpected tropical downpours, plus a large terrace for outdoor events.

The venue offers a dedicated team of event designers, audio-visual experts, caterers, and florists skilled in delivering memorable guest experiences. The venue’s audio-visual team can design and create immersive video and projection content tailored to each client’s requirements. WiFi is available throughout the property.

“The Temple House provides the unique venue for large meetings and events, featuring 360-degree mapping technology which will immerse participants in any kind of dreamed visual reality,” said Domingo Velasco, director of sales and marketing, Delano South Beach.

The Temple House’s video mapping system is one of the largest permanent installations in a private indoor venue in the United States.

In addition to the new options the partnership with The Temple House provides, The Delano South Beach also offers a number of in-house event spaces.

The property features a rooftop solarium with 2,000 square feet of space and views of the ocean and Miami Beach; the 7,000-square-foot Delano Beach Club; a 517-square-foot media room with lounge seating; and The Orchard, a landscaped lawn filled with whimsical “vignettes” from the hotel’s designer, Phillipe Starck.

The hotel also offers two studio spaces and a 435-square-foot indoor gallery that can be combined with the adjoining terrace space to create 1,000 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor space.

The Delano’s “Meet in Style” promotion for groups with 40 or more room nights provides planners with a unique offer of $200 gift card per night or a two-night stay at a later date. The group receives an hour-long complimentary cocktail reception or $30.00 resort credit per participant, per stay.
