Circa Resort & Casino in Las Vegas to Debut New Meeting and Convention Space This Fall

April 18, 2022

Circa Resort & Casino, downtown Las Vegas’ first new ground-up casino resort in four decades, is gearing up to debut 35,000 square feet of meeting and convention space in September. The opening of the new event space marks the next phase in the resort’s evolution, designed to deliver a completely new option for planners seeking an upscale and lively Las Vegas experience off the Strip, according to Circa Resort officials.

Available to book immediately, Circa’s customizable meeting and convention offerings will feature a ballroom, breakout rooms and banquet space, adjacent pre-function space and a 1,600-sq.-ft. outdoor terrace, along with top-tier audiovisual capabilities and customer services. A good fit for corporate meetings comprising 10 to 800 people, the new facilities are outfitted to complement the resort’s Mid-Century, Art Deco and modern design motifs and are designed by JCJ Architecture, with the original design concept from Steelman Partners.

“With many of our competitor hotels having space for the 2,000-plus person meeting or trade show, those nice mid-size groups can sometimes not find available space or not feel as important here in Vegas, and that’s where Circa Resort & Casino comes in,” explained Sasha Lee, director of sales for Circa Resort & Casino. “Our 35,000-sq.-ft. convention space is large enough for the mid-size groups and yet still intimate enough so groups will feel like they own the hotel and be the ‘big fish.’”

She continued, “This is unique and differentiates Circa from our competitors, as all our audiovisual services are done in-house, thus making our pricing more flexible, and meeting planners can rest assured the service they are receiving is from a Circa staff member versus an outside third party.”

Opened in October 2020 and located on the iconic Fremont Street Experience, the 777-room, adults-only, vintage-style Circa Resort & Casino stands 35 stories tall and features the world’s largest sportsbook, eclectic restaurant and bar concepts and an expansive local art collection.

Other unique meeting spaces at the property include a year-round rooftop pool amphitheater, Stadium Swim, featuring a 40-foot-tall, 14 million-pixel screen and six tiered pools, as well as the Legacy Club on the resort’s 35th floor.
