Caesars Doubles Down on Wellness at Events

September 19, 2024

Caesars Entertainment, the public company that generated revenues of $11.5 billion in 2023, has expanded its wellness offerings for meeting planners and event organizers to Atlantic City, NJ. After debuting its wellness menu last October, Caesars officially rolled out the program first to its properties in Las Vegas in January 2024.

For corporate event planners looking to integrate wellness into their conference schedules, the hotel and gaming company that operates more than 50 properties in the U.S. offers a curated group of wellness keynote speakers, workshops, activities, and nutrient-rich F&B offerings.

“In seeing the uptick in demand for wellness, we saw an opportunity to expand these offerings especially with all the new upgrades and opportunities in Atlantic City,” explained Kelly Gleeson Smith, vice president, sales, Caesars Entertainment National Meetings & Events. “Now we ensure our clients at all our Atlantic City properties can offer on-trend options to their attendees.”

The wellness menu will now be offered for meetings and events at three Atlantic City hotels, including Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah’s Atlantic City, and Tropicana Atlantic City. Caesars new Atlantic City Catering Menu is available here.

During a trip to Atlantic City Sept. 10-12, our editorial team sampled part of Caesar’s new wellness offerings, which included a morning stretch on the beach and tasting its healthy new F&B options during breakfast at Harrah’s and lunch at Caesars.

“Wellness is a big part of our company DNA,” said Reina Herschdorfer, director of marketing, Caesars Entertainment National Meetings & Events. “We designed our wellness menu to make it easy for planners to add elements to their programs that promote physical and mental health.”

In June, our editorial team—along with 120 event professionals—got to sample Caesars full wellness menu at its inaugural Global Wellness Summit. Read our story and check out pics from our experience here.

Recent renovations by Caesars in Atlantic City

Caesars Atlantic City has undergone a transformation that featured the opening of Nobu Hotel Atlantic City in March 2024. A boutique hotel within a hotel at Caesars Atlantic City, Nobu Hotel offers 85 rooms and suites with dramatic ocean views.

The $240 million investment included a stunning new arrival experience, hotel lobby, The Pool at Caesars, a rooftop pool above the world-famous Boardwalk, and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The upgrade is part of an overall investment that was announced in 2021. The company’s $400 million master plan investment in Atlantic City includes renovations at all three properties with remodeled room towers, freshly appointed interior design elements, enhancements to the casinos' gaming floors, and new dining concepts with acclaimed restaurant partners.

“With all the new renovations and opening the Nobu Hotel Atlantic City, rolling out this initiative at our Atlantic City properties is an additional benefit to our clients operating on the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic region,” said Karen Worman, senior vice president and general manager, Caesars Entertainment.
