Tim Groot is founder and CEO of Grip, an award-winning AI-powered event platform built for meetings and matchmaking. After graduating with a BBA in International Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Groot started his career in tech working as an account manager for Nodes, a leading app development agency. His passion for events and startups eventually led him to co-found Grip in 2015.
